Accounts Payable
Vendor setup with term categories and multiple expense distributions allows for easy invoice entry. When your ready to process checks you will have the flexibility to process a single vendor or all by due date. Our Accounts Payable system gives you numerous reports to reconcile and age your payables data before posting to our General Ledger.
Payroll
Employee setup allows for not only payroll information, but contains HR tools as well for monitoring reviews, certifications renewals and more. Time entry is made easy manually or by importing files from your time clock. Processing payroll is produced through check printing and or direct deposit files that can be uploaded to your bank. Numerous payroll reports are available, as well as posting expenses to our General Ledger.
General Ledger
Our General Ledger comes with a chart of accounts designed for the eldercare industry. But can be edited to suite your organization. Journal entries are easily made when needed, but integration from our other accounting modules, will help streamline your final accounting process with accountability. Our G/L comes with access to numerous reports for areas like Budgets, Balance Sheets, Financial Statements and more.
